Placeways, a participatory, digital video project is work in progress. This is four micro-clips from what will be a 20 minute, projected installation piece. Our 12 participants are all engaged in some way with SPRIASI, an NGO serving asylum seekers and survivors of torture in Ireland. They come from many countries: South Africa, Congo, Angola, Kurdistan (Iranian part), Iraq, Belarus, Kenya, Nigeria. This project is funded by the Artist in Community Scheme, managed by CREATE
